1. Scope
These terms apply to the Nivo Development website and to all digital resources offered by Filip Slavík ("we", "us"). Purchases are completed through Tebex and are also subject to the Tebex terms of sale.
2. License
A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on servers you own or operate.
You may modify open configuration files for your own use. You may not resell, share, leak, sublicense, or redistribute any resource, in whole or in part, modified or not.
3. Escrow and accounts
Escrow-protected resources are bound to the Cfx.re account used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
4. Updates and support
We aim to keep resources compatible with the frameworks listed on each product page but cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party modifications or future framework changes. Support is provided through our Discord ticket system.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms may be revoked without refund.
6. Liability
Resources are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
