You lack the required entitlement

The server license key belongs to a different Cfx.re account than the one that bought the resource. Use a key from the purchasing account, or transfer the asset in the Cfx.re portal.

Resource does not start

Check the server console for missing dependencies and make sure every dependency is ensured before the resource.

UI does not appear

Make sure the resource folder was not renamed and that no other resource holds NUI focus at the same time.
